Applying for a nursery place
Applications can be made at any point in the year. We encourage you to apply in advance in order to be added to our admissions list for a place when your child is old enough.
Children normally in our nursery from the term after they turn 3, but occasionally we offer free places to children as soon as they turn 3, depending on our numbers. These places are offered on a first come, first served basis from our waiting list.
Please note:
Nursery places are subject to availability and our admissions policy. Inaccurate or misleading information may lead to the withdrawal of the nursery place.
Though most children who attend our nursery continue into reception, this is not automatic. You must still apply for a full time school place in reception via the Kirklees admissions process. See our admissions page for more.
Applying for a school place
For children who will turn 4 by 31 August, you must apply between mid-November and mid-January for Reception places starting in September. This applies to all children, whether or not they already attend nursery.
